My domain shopping splurge
I have been rushed off my feet recently with deadline, design, exams and unfortunately drama. What I have done is made head way with severely of my project when I have had the time. The first of which is a big one for me,
DoodleBite Creative Studios (DoodleBite CS) [News]
DoodleBite is my developing creative studio devoted to design and the quality and ethical work that it includes. In preparation for this I when and purchased some goodies to help the project along with the new domain of doodlebite.com (previously unavailable when I registered doodlebite.net). I have been working be hind the curtains to try and make this as amazingly to look at and also provide a steady bace on which to develop on the years to come. I also have made some decoctions and have decided that LCN will be my supported domain company. My interaction with LCN (or Telvo as it was once called) have been my domain provider for many years now and I am proud to recommend them as reliable, creative and trustworthy company. It may not be as largely known as some of them but don't be fooled, when I last registered a domain 20th May 2011 they were serving over 737,000 assuming I interpreted there URL system correctly. .... read more »
Three Generations Later
My goodness how has the time span past since I first started my on line life. The Internet is one of those things my this generation have simply grown up with yet only about 20% of this planet have been hooked up. Today we see it as a nessiesty and this is reinforced by the fact that people carry a low speed link to smart phones. I have to admit with my laptop giving me the run around I have been coming to the conclusion very slowly that it may not make it to uni as my main one. Today I got back from the UCAS Art and Design exhibition at ExCel London, finding the over ground quite entertaining and stations designed with smooth glass and steal to form a web of walkways, having looked at many Uni stalls. Apple had a plot too which fuled my aggravation with the assumption that a Mac is best for design?? Come on, its the Adobe software that makes it what it is, the rest is just the look, that didn't stop me form entering a few "win an iPad" compactions, I love touch screen.
Anyway, as I type this you will net be able to see it once published as I am still working on the design but needless to say that I am very proud so far of how it looks. I have some foreboding about the header image however since my hair is so much longer then the last design incorporated I really needed to redesign the site again (for the 3rd time, get the title>?) plus I felt it looked shabby... now if only I could get round to my bedroom.
